Hi! I’m Dr. Khan, the female doc, and I’ve been a critical care attending physician for 4 years.  I’ve been a strong advocate for women in medicine, and have given lectures in several countries on gender workplace dynamics and contract negotiation strategies for women in healthcare.  Understanding the unique history of gender imbalance (a la male doctor, female nurse hierarchy) in healthcare is what drives me to empower women today.  I currently practice and teach critical care and neuro critical care medicine as an assistant professor of clinical medicine at USC in Los Angeles, CA.  Come join me in my female doc adventures!
